How much does the Authoritas platform cost?
Our standard packages feature all the essential SEO tools most businesses will need. Our Enterprise features are aimed at the biggest websites in the most competitive niches that require access to big data-science driven tools and data to give them a competitive edge. For example, eCommerce integrations is a custom option for major ecommerce stores which provides in-depth technical SEO analysis, SEO long tail page recommendations and more. Feel free to get in touch if you are unsure which option you need.
If at any time you need to exceed your package limits, then you can simply pay the additional charge to upgrade to the next tier in the pricing model with a bigger package with a more generous allowance.
The cost per domain and per user and per thousand keyword rank credits are volume related and all fall as you commit to a bigger package. We also offer a generous discount if you sign-up for a year. All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
How much does additional usage cost?
Each package comes with a monthly allowance of users, keyword rank credits and domains. You can upgrade at any time to a bigger package or create a custom package that matches exactly what you need. User pricing starts at £30 per additional user per month and is discounted for large numbers of users. Keyword Rank Credit pricing starts at £5.00 CPM and thereafter a volume-based discount is applied.
What are keyword rank credits?
Each package comes with a number of Keyword Rank Credits per month. A credit is consumed every time a keyword is rank checked in a 'Search Engine'. You can configure as many search engines as you need for each project. e.g. Clients typically check their rankings on their local country version of Google for desktop and mobile users, which is two different 'Search Engines'.
A change in search engine and country (Google.co.uk, Google.fr, Baidu.com, Bing.co.uk, etc), device (mobile or desktop), language or query location (national or from a specific location) creates a new 'Search Engine' and will require a fresh rank check and consume an additional Keyword Rank Credit.
For example, to check 100 keywords daily using a desktop device in Google.co.uk from Liverpool would consume 3,000 Keyword Rank Credits a month (#Keywords * #Search Engines * Frequency = 100 * 1 * 30 = 3,000 Keyword Rank Credits).
To check the same hundred keywords daily using a desktop and mobile device would consume double the number of credits (#Keywords * #Search Engines * Frequency = 100 * 2 * 30 = 6,000 Keyword Rank Credits).
What is included in the Freemium package?
We want to make it easy for anyone to benefit from our SEO tools and data, so we have created a Freemium account that can be used by any company to help them improve their search engine rankings.
It contains all the standard features of the platform but is limited to 2 websites, 1,000 keyword rank credits per month and 1 user. To grow your account beyond these package limits requires upgrading to one of our paid packages which you can do yourself in your account at any time.
Freemium accounts are subject to specific additional terms and conditions. They are limited to one per company and require you to login once every 30 days to keep your account active.
What is the Authoritas Price Guarantee?
We guarantee to beat any comparable competitors' price by at least 10%. Simply send the team a comparable quote and we'll put together a great custom package for you.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
You can choose between a monthly rolling or an annual rolling contract. Annual rolling contracts are better value for money as they give you 1 months’ free (e.g. 12 months for the price of 11). Annual rolling contracts will automatically renew for convenience for another contract year, if not terminated in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Monthly rolling contracts are paid for one month in advance and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice at any time; such notice takes effect at the end of the following month’s billing period.
